Helsinki declaration on Patient Safety

A landmark event in the history of the EBA was achieved last year when together with the ESA and during the ESA Congress in Helsinki 2010 the "Helsinki Declaration for Patient Safety" was launched and endorsed by the National Societies.

Leaders in Patient Safety


Everyone who has an interest in patient safety is encouraged to sign and endorse the Helsinki Declaration on patient safety. Many societies and organizations as well as individuals have already done this.
Please commit yourself to improving patient safety by reading the declaration and implementing the necessary changes in your institution. Be a leader in Patient Safety.
